Ejaculating is when the semen is emitted, masturbating is using self stimulation to make that happen, and ejaculating can happen in other ways too, "wet dreams" and the act of sex. Semen is a mixture of sperm and fluid that serves as a medium for keeping the sperm alive and transporting them.

Masturbating is the act of getting your tool all worked up. Ejaculating is the release your tool makes, after it is worked up to climax. Semen is the fluid that comes out of an ejaculated tool. Sperm is the little solders, that travel in the semen, that invades a lady's fortress. This eventually results in pregnancy, if the invasion is successfull. Any questions? Peace! It sounds like you need it.
