Can the ASUS P4C800-E motherboard run PCI Express video cards?

I have been using AGP slot video cards for this motherboard ever since I got it five years ago and every thing works fine, but does someone know or please find out if this specific motherboard can run PCI Express video cards?

No its AGP only

no u can only use agp video cards.
