u have knots on ur skull???
for how long
did u hit something
i really think that is a subcutanuous heamrrahge ( u r bleeding under ur skin)
u should go to the ER

They might be tight muscles knotting up, and that could easily produce a headache. When this happens for me I put something warm like a warm towel on the base of the skull, on the back of my neck, it helps the muscles to relax. Good luck.
