My kids have said if I ever get a speeding ticket, they'll pay the fine and throw me a party. Not that I drive slow or anything.
Maybe before I die I'll speed and think of an excuse then.

for my one and only speeding ticket the officer asked why I was speeding. The first thing I could think of was "I had to go to the bathroom"... it did not work, I got the ticket

BEST WAY TO GET OUT OF A SPEEDING TICKET:
Give the cop the drugs that you are smoking. He will be so upset about the drugs he will lose focus and forget about the speeding ticket.

I got out of a speeding incident which should've gotten my license revoked on the spot (+20 mph over the limit). The truth of the matter was that I was managing my dad's corporation and was rushing to get to the plant on time. Thank goodness that the cop understood that it doesn't look good when the boss' daughter is late.

My husband did get out of a ticket by letting the officer know we had just left the ER and I was quite nauseous and he was trying to get to the closest gas station.

Cause I know I dont care what they said they would get the ticket.

Uhm Officer I was trying to catch that car up ahead that was speeding to tell him, "Hey slow down buddy before someone gets hurt". "I didn't want you to have to bother so you could focus on more important things like stopping bank robbers & capturing muggers!". "So uhm let me go, maybe I can still catch him."
