It looks like one of those made up names that you see with some ethnic groups and usually, those names are not spelled correctly or phonetically. In that case there is no way to pronounce a name like that correctly.

Well, it could be Ah-lee-kway-kuh.

Or Ah-lih-kay-kah.

Perhaps its a combination of the sylibles I said before...

Its pronounced alee- kway-ka, but I am not sure it is a word! And I think you mean, can you pronounce this word correctly.
