If you have a detachable shower head, use that on your clitoris. If you don't have one you can still use the bathtub faucet but it'll be more work to get the stream of water on your clit. Get some Vaseline (petroleum jelly) or lube and rub it on the side of the tub and grind on it. You can also use an electric toothbrush. Either insert or use on clit. It also feels really good to sit on your washer machine when it's going.

Maybe "home-made" is not the best word, but you can use just about anything to masterbate. Just make sure you clean things before and after and are careful about rough and sharp edges.
