I whole heartedly agree. Being in any kind of relationship where the other person isn't 100% committed is really difficult. It makes for hurt feelings and broken hearts. I know from experience.

On the overall scale I would say yes but there are times when distractions and other problems will prevent a 100% effort . There are times when we will be able to give a greater than normal effort and so on the overall scale I would say yes and on a daily scale because of our humanness I would say no. This does not mean the individual is committed or not but I believe we have to consider all the likelihoods that can prevent the 100% effort and yet claim a non-committal.
