Any sports are good, and free
Also certain beaches are free later on in the day...go walk on the boardwalk, it's pretty fun on a nice day
Any board or video games laying around the house, pull them out and try them, they might be fun

Well, I don't know how old you are, but am guessing you're a teenager... There's a community center on Market Street in Newhall. You could also check out the skate and bike park.
