what i'm looking for, is a picture of the strip, on the map. i looked on yahoo maps, and i just could not find it. and if you have any pics, right on, can i take a peak?

The strip is on Las Vegas Blvd South some of the major hotels on the strip are manadaly bay, Bellagio, Ceasers Palace, Flamingo, and New York New York if u want photos of these hotels go to yahoo click images and search any of these hotels also on yahoo search the web for any of these
hotels then go to mapquest and enter the address of the hotels and you will get maps of the strip area

Gene L is right. In fact, the only hotel on the Strip within Las Vegas city limits is the Stratosphere.

The Strip is in Paradise, Nevada, USA.
The name Las Vegas is often applied to the unincorporated areas of Clark County that surround the city, especially the resort areas on and near the Las Vegas Strip. This 4½ mi (7.2 km) stretch of Las Vegas Boulevard is mostly outside the Las Vegas city limits, in the unincorporated towns of Paradise and Winchester.

A really great website is googleearth.com you have to download it and you can actually zoom into the las vegas strip and go to each casino on the strip.
