Success= Bigger jump in winning %. Raiders winning 6 games(yea riiiight) would be better than the Chargers staying the same (AFC Title game)

Chargers are already a great team----Raiders suck (sorry Raiders fans--just a fact)

If you're looking for improved winning percentage, I have to go with Mike Tomlin and Pittsburgh. Aside from the loss of Joey Porter and of course Bill Cower, this team has stayed together pretty well after the super bowl win a couple years ago. If they can just stay healthy they might be able to catch up with the Bengals and Ravens in a competitive AFC North.

No question Norv Turner. He was the original Offensive Coordinator in 2001 when LT was drafted, and to this day Cam Cameron was using an altered verison of Norvs original offense. With Turner back i expect a major improvement from Phillip Rivers, and even more production from LT with Norv now taking over his offense that was originally installed. The defensive front 7 is, for lack of better words, a complete nightmare for offenses. although the secondary is a lil shaky, i expect Eric Weddle to step in immediately and make a big impact. Although Turner's head coaching record is against him, hes never had a good team quite like the Chargers, and with him running the offense and the defensive philosophy staying the same, anything short of an AFC title berth is a failure.

Norv Turner because he is coaching a team that has an explosive offense with an explosive runningback in ladanian Tomlinson and a second year QB in Philip Rivers who has a great developing WR group. He has a defense that includes shawne merriman, although the chargers may have a weak secondary maybe that is the section that needs improvement but of course he has alot of talent to work with.

Depends on what you call success. If the Raiders win more than 5 or 6 games than its the Raiders( LMAO ) I was just kidding about the Raiders winning more than 5 games that was funny. Maybe the Lions firing Millen(another funny)
Anyway so what do you consider success.

Kiffin - 4 wins = 100% improvement in # wins.
Hard to top that!

For everyone saying Turner.
Yes, winning the team's first playoff game in 17 years would be an improvement but I wouldn't hold my breath waiting! ;)
