You do know street racing is illegal right? Here in California John Law can take a peek under your hood if he suspects you've got go fast parts installed. And in LA they've started crushing the cars of anyone caught street racing. Something to think about. If you must race get yourself a V-8 and go to the track!

i myself, just sold my acura rsx type s, with turbo and dry shots ( 252 hp) for a bmw m3 convertible, i let the whole racing thing go , im into luxury now.

are you sure you should even be street racing..lol honestly i've done it a couple of times in my friends car and geting caught or crashing isn't all that much fun. save your racing for the track. its better and safer. personally i like the civic si, very light and sporty

what kind of budget are we looking at? my buddy used to race a saleen focus with nitrous, injectors, throttle body, chip, etc. and he could eat any car but a zo6 vette. also check out the svt focus, cobalt ss, or any compact car. with some minor work they car move pretty well. or you can always get a bike and be done with it.

depends on the type of racing you want to do. everyone will have a different opinion, you'll just have to find the one that YOU like.

If your like not soo rich. You can buy like a honda civic and then modify it. That way you can win easily. I hope this helps.
