Stephanie urges Taylor to testify in Brooke's "unfit mother" case.
Taylor won't hear of it! But she's subpoenaed anyway.
Nick, however, willingly takes the stand on Brooke's behalf.
Taylor expert opinion is that Brooke needs therapy, thereby rending her not capable of caring for her kids at this point.
Brooke makes a scene in the courtroom.
As you might imagine, Nick and Ridge don't exactly see eye-to-eye.
Storm is able to force Stephanie to come clean to the judge about her loathing of Brooke.
The judge rules that Ridge should take temporary custody of Hope and R.J.
Nick and Taylor argue over her testimony.
Nick faces his true feelings where his "women" are concerned.
It continues, just don't have room ...
