Nobody believes or trusts Republicans anymore. Is AM Radio and Y! Answers all that conservatives have left to feel they're significant to anyone?

Finally someone after my own heart. I will tell what i believe, i think the current republican party has been hijacked by the christian right and the extreme right wing conservatives. Luckily for us extremism can only go so far before looking stupid and i believe that it is finally starting to show,whether it in rush linbaugh's angry rants or ann coulter's sensationalists statements or sean hannity's empty rhetoric or the president's bushisms....people are tired of relentless name calling and erratic policy making. I think that the only reason all these folks ever made it into the spot light was 9/11 but just like everything else people can only handle so much stupidity and self righteousness before getting tired and all these guys posting in their favor on Y!A are for the most part kids with little undertanding of what politics is all about

If this question were totally truth-based, you would know that a true Conservative does not need significance to make their lot in life happy and constructive. We are very comfortable just the way we are!

Don't count the Republicans out. Those ******* know how to organize, Why do you think Republicans get so many votes. They know how to rally their base to get to the poles on election day. If only my fellow Democrats would get of their *** and go vote instead of assuming that because these idiots have been doing a piss poor job, everybody will vote against them. I always say "if you don't vote, don't complain". You had your chance to make a change in your country, but you decided to stay home and vote for the next American Idol. Bunch of retards.

This is a question based on your opinion of conservatives. To try to answer and explain a question like this is really a waste of time, primarily because you have already decided what the answer to your question is and won't be convinced otherwise. Although, liberals do claim to be open minded and tolerant, the do tend to be rather close minded about different ideas, opinions, etc. Basically, they don't want to hear anything that differs from their opinion.
