what are the 3 lites above the word DELL on my key board for?

what are the 3 lites above the word DELL on my key board for?

The one in the center I have figured out is for caps or caps lock. The one on the left has a 9 in it. I assume there is also 1 on the right . What do these lites indicate(and no,s)?

Left is Number Lock [ number pad on far right of keyboard won't work ]
Center is Capital Lock [ lock all letters on the keyboard into captials ]
Right is Scroll Lock [ When you press the arrows on your keyboard to go down or up, it wont ]
