I would like to ship a car from Germany to Taiwan. The price is double in Taiwan. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

You need to check with Auto Transporters in Germany. With all the returning service men who bring back cars there should be a number of options.

Before you invest money in this idea I would suggest you investigate the taxation and registration requirements in Taiwan.

Cars are also very expensive in Singapore but if you have to pay 150% Tax and provide recent certification of emissions compliance that are only available from the manufacture or a few test facilities.
