Heat effect the weather by creating heat rays, light effect the weather may be by lightning and sounds effect by thunderstorm. I think that will help.

Sun's light rays ,after reflected from the surface become heat rays and heats the atmosphere by conduction which is responsible for many weather conditions.Sound has no effect on weather.Light rays also have no effect on weather directly.
