Because they can't actually do it by themselves. It's kind of a dependency issue. They have to have someone's approval or support before they will do something important and potentially life changing.

Because they have no faith in themselves or connection with their Spirit Guide to listen for Guidance
It is far easier for someone else to give the advice they need, then if it does not work out they can blame the Psychic instead of facing thier own personal responsibility.
The advice they get maybe wrong because it maybe a lesson they need to learn, however we have so many nieve people out there they can't see what the really have to see
Or understand why they have to experience what they need for their own personal growth
What they need to learn is to connect with their Spirit Guide and go with the flow and except and learn the lessons of Life : )

They need reassurance before taking on a major action. They truely believe our destiny is written in the stars. The way this could be achieved is if their spirit (or soul) had wriiten it there beore they chose to come to earth as a physical body. Therefore they think they are consulting their own master plan.

Psychic predictions are based on the most likely outcome of a situation. But if the inquirer finds that out they can attempt to change the circumstances to change the outcome.

Because they have NO confidence in them selves to trust what they can do on their own!
Some so called psychics are frauds and suck in the weak!

It could be that they've had good luck with it before and they hope to recreate the results. They also could be hesitant and they are seeking reassurance, which they can't get from their friends or family.

Not all psychic approach all situation with a clear mind at that time and they can accidentally read something from your future that could turn your current world upside down.. And maybe you won't be able to deal with that future situation while your current world is spinning out of control.................................................... One has to be careful and responsible for their reading......................................
