That power supply is MORE than enough. It has strong (dual) +12V rails. The HD2600 XT is just a 47 watter and the X1950 Pro a 66 watter. You would still have plenty of elbow room for upgrades or other devices.

I have no experience w/ the Rosewill brand, but since it has UL, TUV and FCC certifications, I would take it at that price. I would shy away from those without any certifications.

Yes this is a good power supply. If you plan on adding things like RAID (multiple internal hard drives) Several Cd-rom/dvd/ drives, SLI Video cards and all the bells and wistles you might want to get the 600 just because you will get more stable preofromace while still using a lot of power, but if you are just keeping it the way it is , or adding 1 more internal device, then you are fine. (I only suggest the 600 if you are going to have multiple core or multiple video cards)

Although Newegg is a great site to buy computer parts, I wouldn't buy something that doesn't have any reviews, especially when other PSUs have plenty of reviews. 500w or above is fine for what you have though.
