I have to clean the house, and i don't know where the HECK to start.
My whole house is a disaster, so just give me a list of chores and I'll do them!
I need some direction here!

get clutter off of all tables and countertops; file, sort and shred
dust or clean all tables and countertops
vacuum carpets/rugs
take out trash
replace all dirty towels with clean ones
do laundry
clean bathroom sinks, mirrors, toilets, tubs.
mop tile floors
clean out fridge. If it's old toss it
Buy bouquet of flowers for that clean table and call it a day.

clean the bathroom first it is the hardest job and the smallest room
do the kitchen next
once these two rooms are done your house is noticably cleaner and if you get no further you at least you'll see a difference and the place will seem cleaner

1. Change your yahoo picture from Pingu to something else...
2. clean: bathroom(s) bedroom(s) (all rooms)
3. put the dishes in the dishwasher
4. put the clothes in the washer then into the dryer...
5. take a break
6. organize shelves and books... put things back in order (everything)
7. take the dishes and put them in the right place
8. take the clothes and put them inside you closet
the rest... is up to you

bedroom things (clothes)
kitchen
then bathrooms (always dirty and full of bacteria, always LAST! so then cleaning supplies don't go from toilet to kitchen sink)
yard?
maybe you could start by dusting the whole room first then clean other things so you don't get dust on things in the end. don't forget windows!

1. laundry...just put a load in to get things started
2. bathroom....toilet, sink, then tub/shower, floor, mirrors...it will go by fast i promise
3. dining room...just wipe up and neaten
4. living room...vaccum everything and just pick up stuff where needed.
5. bedroom....that is my personal disaster...put away clothes and neaten..make bed....vacuum...
see you are already done...that was so easy! woo hoo!!! now go watch some tv! and put your feet up!

1. pick up the floors
2. dust the shelves and stuff
3. vacum
then what ever you need you can pretty much do it from there..

start with the bathrooms spray and crub clean the floors then counters then kitchens then bedrooms don't forget laundry
