my tank do have a filter and heater.
The angel fish and kissing have not been going at each other at all.
But will the angel fish really eat the neons and how big do they have to be to eat them?
My algae eaters don`t go at any fish every. i never saw them be like it and i had them befor i added the others.

When the fish are fully grown, the Algae Eaters can become aggressive towards other fish and eat plants, especially the slow moving fish like Kissing Gouramis and Angels, so you should get rid of them (they really don't keep the tank that clean, 3 Otocinclus Catfish would be a better option). Also, the Gouramis and Angels will likely not get along. They both have long fins that will become a target for the Gouramis. Kissing Gouramis get about 10 inches long, so 3 of them is probably too many for your tank. Try giving back 2 Kissing Gouramis. The Angels (as adults) may also eat the small, slow moving Neon Tetras. Give back the Neons too and you should be okay. Other than that, your tank is in pretty good shape.

Your tank sounds just fine. Did you 'cycle' the tank before you put all the fish in? Did you slowly add the fish so that your filter wouldn't be overloaded with all the new bacteria? Do you have a filter, heater, etc?
But fish-wise, there should be no fighting and such. In my experience neons aren't very hardy, so you might find those dead. Also, iv'e heard of angel fish eating live plants. But your tank sounds like a beautiful mix.
If you have any more questions, feel free to contact me.

the kissing gouramis will get 8" to 1' long and that 'kissing is actually fighting and is really stressful to them
angelfish HATE neons and will usually kill them (why? i do not know)
and the algea eaters if they are the siamese or chinese algea eaters will become territorial and large, 1'.
if they are plecos then two is just too many for such a small tank.
but all of those fish are fine with real plants except the algea eater.

It depends on how big your fish will get and their temperament with each other. If your fish will outgrow your tank, it could stunt their growth and they will die sooner than later. Depending on the type of species you have, most of them will outgrow your tank. Keep this in mind. Some fish might get big enough to also eat your neons so watch out for that.

it particularly is outstanding which you're basically making plans to maintain one betta in it instead of attempting to stuff it with as many fish as available. With a tank this length and the heater and each thing else your betta would be no longer basically spoiled yet very healthy :) as far as innovations, i might in simple terms say that betta's love laying interior the leaves of stay vegetation, so possibly upload those. and so as that they like a style of ingredients, extraordinarily freeze dried bloodworms. Betta's are not extensive followers of air pumps so in simple terms verify the bypass is low. Yay for somebody who truthfully is familiar with/cares approximately a thank you to maintain a fish!

Depends on the temperament of all your fish and if some will eat the other.

Sounds like it will do fine. Check your pH from time to time and don't overfeed...overfeeding is one of the main causes of dirty water, scum in tank, etc. If you have a good charcoal filter, you should be fine.
