How much money do you usually spend for your school suplies and your new school clothes

I think that supplies should be $100-$150. You can easily buy all the supplies you need at Wal-Mart or Target. If you have any leftovers from last year (like folders and spirals), why not use 'em?
For clothes:
Well I LOVE shopping so I always get new clothes.
If you have the money, spend $100-200.

For the first day of school, I usually spend like $40-$50
dollars. I just buy some paper, a binder and necessary
stuff because for certain classes you need certain items
so i wait for the first day of school.
And the clothing, about $200-350 dollars for a few outfits and
but then I go shopping during the summer and throughout the
year so that's even more. :p

well over the summer i have a little babysitting job and i usally take 50 a week and spend it on what ii want or like need. but buy the end of the summer .i still gte $money$ from my parent they give me about 150 or a little more and ii just add to it to get what ever i want. but that doesnt ++ skool supplies

My mom would take each grandchild out for a shopping day for back to school and buy them one complete outfit from shoes to coat with multi packs of underwear and socks. Then when my brother's wives took the kids shopping the kids don't get new coats of shoes so didn't need much. It was fun for mom, I would sometimes go buy them new outfits too just for fun.
Now I go buy bags of crayons and glue and paper and stuff on sale and give them to a teacher to share.

it really depends on the school your going to if its highschool then 300 is a bit much i think walmart is always a great way to go and as far as cloths you only really need about 5 outfits before people stop caring
if its college then only about 3

$50 for supplies. I leave the school clothes spread out for the full year.
