Be careful of salary jobs. Usually you must work 40 hours a week to get full pay. However if you work more than 40 hours a week (and you are going to), you still get the same pay. So then you may be making ALOT less an hour. Be wary. Ask questions. You obviously do not understand this situation.

If you do as you say, then you would know how many hours you worked, right? Divide # of hours into $1500.....That'll give you $/hour
