I have a 1990 40 hp Evinrude Tracker boat engine that's lower unit has gone bad. I need a working lower unit for it. I could use anything from 1990-1992 unit and anything from 40 - 50 hps as a replacement. I have looked in every conceivable place, but I am coming up empty at this point. Any good ideas out there as to where I might find a good, used lower unit? Thanks!

Checked in eBay? There are salvage places for boats the same as automobiles and they will have stuff listed there.

look on e-bay _____ Gulf Coast Marine in Corpus Christi., Texas is on line ----- www.gcm.com ---- they are some real nice folks and they can advise and ship or tell you where to go to get the needed lower leg ....
