Better for what?

To teach? To learn? As a qualification?

It's a matter of personal opinion if you are looking for guidance for yourself!

I prefer Biology because it's a subject I'm interested in, but other people may prefer English as they cannot grasp the science.

English and Biology are both needed. Your title is wrong. English and Biology need to be capitalized and you only need a question mark at the end of your sentence. You don't need both a period and question mark.

Biology. You can impress anyone with telling them scientific facts, and most people couldn't care less what you score in English.

it depends, if you are talking about high school english and bio, or college....because high school english and bio are much easier than college, (obviously) but, for college, english would be the better choice, because bio is one of the hardest core classes you will have to take...at any college. I suggest taking it in high school so you have a basis of what it is about.

It depends what you want to do. I personally would pick biology as it links in with so many other subjects.

if you are unsure of your career path, i would recommend english as a generic qualification. biology is more suited to those who wish to pursue a career in medicine (or related).

I'd say English because if you can't write or speak well, it's will be hard to demonstrate your knowledge, no matter what subject you think is best.
