Let's see. One of the greatest songwriters of all time. Did amazing stuff with South African musicians and raised awareness of Aparteid. Wrote and recorded some of the most endearing songs ever with Art Garfunkel. Asked the question "Where have you gone Joe DiMaggio?"

I cant think of any reason to like him. Can you?

EDIT: To the poster who mentioned "Graceland." That is Paul's favorite album too. With reason. You know, he's been one of the greatest without ever having to claim he is. That is what true greatness is.

I knew a man.
He had a son.
He wanted to tell him all the reasons for the things he's done.
He came a long way
Just to explain
He kissed his boy when he was sleepin' and turned around and walked away again.

As an estranged father, I cant tell you what those words mean.

Paul Simon is the best.

Paul Simon is a true rocker. Even after his split with Art Garfunkle, he was still a solid member of the rock community. I love Paul Simon and I am hardpressed to name a song by him, that sucks. He has had so many great tunes, that ya just can't help but like them all. Here are my top three Paul Simon hits:

1. Mother and Child Reunion
3. 50 Ways to Leave Your Lover
3. Kodachrome

You ask a very good question and will be much appreciated by Paul Simon fans. Peace!

I ♥ Paul Simon. I honestly love every album he has ever made. I like him with Garfunkel but I think I like him solo even more.

His lyrics are very poetic and his music is incredible. I really like how he has evolved over the years. His music stays "familiar" yet "fresh". There is nobody out there like him.

Yes.
Graceland is one of my favourite albums, and Simon & Garfunkel were brilliant.
