she has a dgree of 96 degrees and she doesnt know what she has a fever or cold or something else

OK, that is not a 'fever.' That is a Below normal temp. Often you will have a below normal temp a day or two before you get sick. And THEN you may have a fever. Everyone's body temp is different. It's when it hits 99.5 degrees that it starts to become a fever. Don't worry until then!

Possibly you measured by axilla and she was sweating. Check again per mouth, there should be an explanation for a hypothermia of 96 deg F.

98.6 is considered normal. If the thermometer is accurate you may want to talk to a Dr soon. A lower than normal temp can indicate possible blood loss-and if you don't see any then it could even be a symptom of internal bleeding.

I frequently drop that low and it doesnt mean shes sick usually with me atleast it means Im tired my body temp frequently drops to about 95 at night and in the morning because of exhaustion-

Her tempurature is too low.
It should be 98 to 99 degrees.
You might need to put the thermometer somewhere else to get a more accurate reading.

well, since 98.4 is normal, your friend doesn't have a fever. I'd say she/he needs to dress warmer. Maybe a hot bath to bring up the body temp to normal.
