I told a guy that I wanted his girlfriend a couple of years ago and had thoughts on hurting him which aren't great things to do. Now they both may have completely given up on me. I understand that I could not have my way. I understand that I have to move on to someone else because the girl is with that guy. I sent MySpace Friends Requests but turned down them and never told me why and never replied my messages. I asked a past question about not wanting them to become friends maybe because it won't be fair that I wanted to be friends so I can be closer to his girl. Maybe they turned me down because I might cause a lot of trouble. The guy and I are more like Shaq and Kobe. All I wanted is to settle those disputes and become friends with both of them. I wish I'd get Dr. Phil to settle it. What can I do to settle it?

Also, past advice is to become friends with him and/or her. One says that my friendship will do no good. There is a saying, "Choose your friends wisely."

I think you're probably better off just moving on and forgetting about them. They've obviously decided they don't want to talk to you, and I'm sorry to say it but I think you have to admit that.

Well, first of all you can probably see how it looks to them...I mean if someone told me that he wanted my girl...and he wanted to hurt me.
If you want to heal the old wound, you could just walk up to them and say, "Listen, I'm sorry I was such a jerk before, okay? I'm over that and I just wanted to say I was sorry." Then walk away. Don't try to carry on a conversation, just walk away. Why? Because the apology will take care of the past and be a clean break so that they won't worry about you stalking them and you won't have to worry about bumping into them on the street. The reason you cannot be friends with them is because you put an idea in their heads that will never go away. Yes, you've apologized, but let's face it, what you said and the way you felt is not normal. It would be best for all involved if you just made your peace and moved on in a different direction. Otherwise, the mind is a funny thing and if you were to start hanging around with them...you "would" want her again. That's the way you're wired, my friend, so just avoid the situation and come out looking like the man you really are.
peace.

Well i can say you was a bold guy, to tell someone you want their girl. The guy already told his girl to stay away from you, and don't even answer your request on my space. This guy willn't trust you, of what you have say to him, he doesn't want you to contact them. Its nothing to settle just that couple alone. Go find some new friend on my space.

Hello, i know you care about being his friend but look at it on his end on why he cant be your friend. one he could never trust you. Its ok to like someones gf but don't put yourself out there like that i feel its best that you just move on you will find a good girl. the more you see her the more it only hurts you more so don't do that to yourself.

i've been in your situtation before, all you can do is show them through your actions that you have changed. Don't try so hard, just let them come around. If not then they weren't really your friends to begin with. There is someone out there for you, just stop looking. LET HER FIND YOU!!!!!
