I work for Lasalle Bank we have branches in Michigan and the greater Chicago area and we offer student checking accounts you just need to bring in your student id and you can open a no minimum balance checking account as long as you are 17 or older. Honestly I believe most banks in this area offer similar accounts, if your parents bank somewhere and are happy with their accounts I would suggest just calling their bank and asking they probably do offer a student account its quite a common product in todays banking market.

All of them. As a bank employee, I can tell you the names each bank gives to the accounts vary much more than the account terms. Customer service is the ONLY reason to select a specific bank.
