Seems to me back in da days of Clinton, the administration tried to solve problems and take care of issues rather than point fingers

Back in the days of Clinton, we had a President who was competent and qualified to handle things.

Bush has nothing.

Get real.
Clinton took credit for a good economy created by Bush 1 & Reagan. Then, he trashed it, caused a recession and blamed it on Bush.
He said he'd have the most honest administration in history but had one of the most corrupt.
That's what democraps do...lie.

Clinton was a President. Bush is a child playing in his daddy's office (even has most of his daddy's cronies).

And to LCG: I wasn't in diapers in the '90s, I was in the military, and I don't remember Clinton doing any such thing.

Not having tried, Clinton didn't fail. It's highly subjective when you mention Vitter without also mentioning William Jefferson. Personally, a bribed elected official hurts this country far more than an adulterer. I know you would agree with that. Right? You do agree. (you're full of it, you know.)

It's not blame, but it's pretty hypocritical, to use political blinders and blame the current administration but when Clinton's administration broke laws. impeached etc.....to ignore the same thing they are complaining about you lose credibility

yes. politics 101. the president blames the guy (in the future maybe gal) before them for all the failures and takes credit for all the sucesses occuring during the term. clinton was no different.

Wow!! All I have seen is blaming everything on President Bush. Where have you been.

The Clinton fan club still blames anyone but Clinton for his administration.

I need a reference point...how about a link?

Somalia was a huge failure for Clinton...sending in troops that were basically unarmed to be beaten to death..

when Bush I started and didn't finish..but Bush Sr left
the Country in pretty good shape when he was beaten by
Ross Perot's candidacy..splitting the vote.

Clinton didn't do crap, what are you talking about? What did he solve? Not a thing. That is why his legacy is nothing, because he did nothing but defer everything including national security to the next guy. We apparently have very different memories when it comes to that administration.

The only problem Clinton really gave his attention to was what intern was available. It is amazing how libs praise Him and Kennedy while the facts showed both of them were more concerned about who was available than what was going on. Look at how Clinton left Bin Laudin loose and wasted missiles on Iraq instead of getting things done.
