My husband likes to watch regular porn.I do not approve of him watching porn so i have recently discovered that he does it in the sly. I notice that he opens porn websites almost everyday though I am sure that he doesnt masturbate when I am in the house.
I am sure my husband loves me more than anything in the world so i know my relationship is not in trouble.
Sometimes, we go without having sex for 10 days or more. Infact, this period would perhaps be longer if I did not drop explicit hints for having sex .
We've been married for about a year so I am guessing that boredom must've set in for him cuz I read somewhere that men crave for variety in sex. I am wondering if his not getting aroused by me is a result of watching porn.
Pl let me know ur take on my situation. Is this normal?

Very normal Samantha. Doubt very much that your hubby viewing porn will turn him off of you. Probably just a little fantasizing and healthy dreams accompanying this action. As for going days without this also is very normal in relationships once the honeymoon stage has passed. My best advice would be to have a good heart to heart with your man and get his views rather than that of a bunch of strangers. Best of luck to you.

There are some BIG RED FLAGS here:
1. He is doing this secretly.
2. He is doing it everyday.
3. Your sex life is not BETTER because of it; it's worse.
These flags indicate he may have an obsession with porn, and he needs to get help ASAP.
If he wanted variety in sex he could ask you....porn is easy. It doesn't require flowers and foreplay and romance, and it never nags at you.....but it WILL destroy your marriage.
Talk to him immediately about this, and point out that this isn't just "something he does"...it's something he's doing to the detriment of your marriage. Then tell him it's either get into therapy (individual for him and marital for you both) or get out of the marriage.

Usually when people watch porn it is to get them in the mood for sex with there partner it sounds like your husband may have a problem because of the lack of sex between you two and also that he is watching it everyday and starting to do it in secret. I would talk to your husband and tell him how you feel.

New house rule: Porn is to be watched as a couple, at the request of either partner. When you are watching whisper in his ear once in a while and tell him you like what they are doing or ask if he likes what he is seeing.
See if that spices things up!

if you are asking me. i think it will lead to him leaving you. and a lot less in sex for you. one year you should be doing it at least 3 times a week. my 1st. year 2 years i did it 1 or 2 times a day . some times 3 .how long has he been doing this may be he needs help. before its to late for you
