Date? Probably not. Having sexual relations is absolutely against the law!

Read the Pennsylvania state laws concerning "age of consent" and "statutory rape." They should be available on-line.

There is a law now. Unless you are both of age, the one who is an adult can be charged as an adult with a sex crime. therefore the 18 and older would have to register as a sex offender for the rest of their life because of this. I believe that goes for all states now.I know it is for NM. Lets say Kelly is 15 and Adam is 21. Mom and dad okay the relationship and don't care if there is sex or not. Kelly gets mad and for some reson goes to the police. Adam can go to jail, but after the police find out the relationship has been consumated, it doesn't matter if kelly lied to the police or not. Adam is going to be charged with a sex crime. Could even be molestation.

I think you asked this question more than once.

For anyone (adult or child) to date a minor (such as a 16 year old) requires permission of the parents of the 16 year old.

It is not illegal, but parents have the right to prevent it.

Some activities that boyfriend girlfriend might engage in are illegal ... can't have sex for example

Technically, yes. It is not legal for someone who has passed the age of majority to engage in romantic/sexual relations with a minor.

Technically, no but you'd better be damned careful not to touch her or entice her sexually. In fact, even if you don't have sex and she gets pissed at you, she can say you did and you'll go to prison.

Someone needs better parental control, and someone needs to go to jail for even thinking along these lines. It's not your teacher by any chance is it?
