No because men can't seem to think with the head that is on their shoulders, they can only think with the one that is in their pants.

I believe that it is possible for people of the opposite sex to be friends and friendly towards each other. However, I do not believe or advice that the two should go out without their mates as soon enough things will progress naturally and these people will begin to flirt and/or end up having some form of attraction towards each other. Just the views of one old man with some experience.

Yes, and why not. I have many male friends as well as many female friends. My husband is the same. I think it is great to have a friend of the opposite sex, they can sometimes tell you things from their opinion that a person of the same sex wouldn't think. If you are in a relationship and you both feel comfortable with being friends with the opposite sex well go for it.

When committed people cheat they often say it was an accident to fall in love with someone else. I think that it's best not to become to close to people that you could fall for if you were single.
I think that they can be just friends but i think that most people have had crushes on friends so that makes it hard.

you know, it all really depends on the people. technically, we're all people and our gender doesn't change that fact. it depends on the guy/girl. whether you know it or not, you're in control of your feelings. when you feel sad, it's because you let yourself feel sad, when you feel happy, it's because you let yourself feel happy, etc. think of the ugliest person youve ever seen, and if you really wanted to, you could make yourself have a crush on them. and think of the most attractive person you've ever seen, if you really wanted to, they could be repulsive to you. that being said, men and women can be friends so long as they don't make themselves be more. if the girl is extremely nice, the guy might think "hey i want a nice girlfriend" and he'll make himself like her, and vice versa. i guess if you dont get it you wont. but my final answer is yes, guys and girls can be friends.

i have two male best friends. i love those guys with all my heart but i could never see them as anything more than my brothers. it's a bit tough with their gf's coz they always suspect tht something has happened between you and still might be bcoz of our closeness, my bf was the same but he gets along greatly with them now.
