A true friend would pop it.
Someone who loves you wouldn't be grossed out by things that we normally think are icky.
Love changes perception. Just like changing diapers of the baby. Who would want to deal with someone else's poop? , but if it's your baby, you lovingly do it.
It's all in the mind.

D. That does not bother me. My beloved BIL did that quite a lot, was diagnosed with lung cancer on February 3 of this year and died on April 8, Easter Sunday. I still cannot think about it. I met him when I was only 6 and he and my sister were 16.

Yea I would, but I wouldn't 'pop' it. I'd use a sterilised needle (like for a glucometer) to get rid of it. Those things can hurt if left alone!
