Is it 13 weeks or 12 weeks when you are at your 2nd trimester?

Things may have changed since I had my last child (he's now 11), but it used to be a pregnancy was calculated as 40 weeks, and this included two weeks at the beginning when you weren't actually pregnant at all as they took the date from the first day of your last period.
Anyway, it used to be that 13 weeks was the last week of the 1st trimester and 14 is the start of the second trimester.
As I say, if it's not worked out as 40 weeks anymore this will be different.

Your 1st Trimester ends at 12 weeks and the second begins at 13 weeks.

at 13 weeks you would be in the first week of your second trimester. Good luck and god bless dear!

12 is the end of the first so 13 would begin thhe 2nd

12 wks = 3 months-end of first trimester
17wks=4 months
21wks=5 months
26wks=6months-end of second trimester
30wks=7months
35wks=8months
40wks=9months(or almost 10 months, pregnancy is lunar months)-end of third!!
