Vison vs Superman?

Let's see, they're both strong (when Vision is dense like diamond, he can lift 90 tons or more.) They both have a ranged energy attack (when Vision uses his solar converter gem on his forehead.) They can both fly (But Vision has to be desolid to do that, so he can't carry anybody or anything when he flies.) Superman can fly AND use his strength AND use his heat vision all at once. So I'd have to say Superman wins. He can do more and more things at once.

any body with cryptonite can beet superman. without it, i still think vision would win. Ironman would beet both of them.
