In nature, one rarely finds a single type of atom or molecule without something else mixed it (impurities). Water always has microorganisms and salt in it. Soil is a mix of so many things that it cannot be said to have any degree of purity at all.
However, humans manufacture several things to extremely high purity. For example, the silicon used to grow crystals for computer chips is refined to a purity higher than 99.9999% Humans also make distilled water, which has very high purity (almost nothing in it but water and the H3O+ and OH- ions that water naturally forms).
To take your question literally, anything can come in 100% pure form. In reality, few things do.

Anything may be solid, liquid or gas which is made up of only one kind of atoms, molecules or ions.........for example:
H2 , O2, distilled water, Copper , Zn etc
There is a large variety of materials which are pure.

substances can be made as absolutely pure with no impurities what-so-ever with nanotechnology.
They can lay single atoms of specific elements together. Is that what you meant? It really doesnt matter what is used. they can pretty much do it for anything.
