I have been a huge and continues Billy Ray fan since 1992. He was never "banned" from radio. However, almost all radio stations refuse to play him. They think he is just a 1 hit wonder, and have not given anything past 1994 a chance. This is bull $h!+ Also, not all radio stations are owed by the same person or company. This means it is darn near impossible to be banned by all at once. Billy Ray rocks and everyone should go buy his new album which hits stores July 24th!
