Definitely better off knowing....which reminds me of a story (at my age EVERYTHING reminds me of a story).

So we're at a ballgame at Three Rivers Stadium, my buddy (who shall go nameless--just in case) and me. We get hot dogs from the vendor. My buddy lets him start walking about ten feet back up the aisle, then he stands up, takes the weiner out of the bun, starts waving it in the air and yells "Hey! Take this back! Look what part of the dog you gave me!"

Fortunately, we were sitting right in front of a group of about 30 or so members of theShaler High School (if you're from Pittsburgh, you'll know where it's at) Varsity Football Team, so the joke went over well.

I suggest you read the book the jungle. It explains that and more. It was written to protest the working conditions in the meat packing industry. It not only helped bring about the reform about that and helped brign about the FDA.
