I think there are multiple answers. Depends on if you want a slant, deep, end zone...receiver. Steve Smith in the slant, he is so quick he can easily turn 5 yards in to 50. T.O. in the end zone, he is a TD magnet. There are many good receivers in the league. Ever since Rice started his decline there was no "best" receiver in the league. Just a bunch of good ones. I would like to say Harrison, but he is getting to old and playing with Manning would make anyone look great.
A word to the wise. Whoever said they are taking Holt first is an idiot. Take an elite RB and get Holt in the 3rd or 4th. Don't waste your #1 pick!
