I don't have an Ipod, so I've going to have to half answer this question.

To put clips from movie onto it, you have to have the movie downloaded as a file on your computer first.
Then it says on the selections on the left under "Capture Video", import video.
So select "import video" and chose the movie file you want.
Next, all you have to do when the seperate clips appear, is preview them first and then drag the clips you want onto the storyboard below.

you need to put your music and your clips somewhere on your hard disk where you can locate it. Make sure they are in the formats supported by windows movie maker.
Those are the supported video formats
asf, .avi, .m1v, .mp2, .mp2v, .mpe, .mpeg, .mpg, .mpv2, .wm, and .wmv
And those are the supported audio formats
.aif, .aifc, .aiff .asf, .au, .mp2, .mp3, .mpa, .snd, .wav, and .wma

Look into how to get your audio and movies on your hard drive. Where are the movies coming from?

I don't think that you can take music from you Ipod and put it on another computer. I've tried before and it didn't work.
