Yep. But I hate it much more when the first answer -- or the majority of answers -- to a reasonable question is "I don't know." I report those answers as spam.

yes definitely if it's removed why can we see it. And also we read it & we want to help but we can't cuz it has been removed. To me it's removed when we can't read it.
