You are short, you need a short woman. There are only 5 inches between you. I am 5'5", so, if my husband is 5'10' is that too much?
And, by the way, my dad is 6'3", and, my mom is 5'2". The look mis-matched perhaps, but, they have had 40 great years together, and, they love one another with a passion that I have seen rare in ANYONE of ANY AGE or height. LOL.
It does NOT matter.

Yes. You're short for a guy, she's short for a girl. What's the problem? Heck, 5'5" or 5'6" is the average height for women these days, and they're usually paired with guys who are around 6'0". Do you want a girlfriend taller than you?
Besides, you should be looking past her height to the girl she is inside. Remember why it is she became your girlfriend in the first place.

You are being ridiculous because you are looking on what's outside instead of inside. You have nothing to brag about since you aren't very tall yourself! If it really bothers you, though, gracefully break off the relationship. She would be a lot better off because you would never be happy with her under any circumstances.
Would you pass up a great person because she is a red head and you only want to date a blond? Grow up!

Well how old are you guys? If you're younger she's still growing and most likely that won't be her height forever. But she can't help how tall or short she is either way and it's unreasonable because it sounds a little like discrimination to me.

She's short, but what is 'too' short? You're too short considering that I'm 5'11''. Would I make fun of you for your height? No. It's not like she can help how tall she is.
If she's too short for your liking, however, and you can't get over that fact, then you need to move on rather than make her feel like crap.

I guess it's a matter of whether or not you can get over the fact that she is that height or not. Most likely she isn't going to grow anymore so either deal with it or move on.

What are you complaining about? If you start picking her apart like that, get on with your life and leave her alone. You're too good for anyone aren't you? You're not exactly tall yourself. Besides, short people are more approachable.

What is unreasonable? Do you constantly make fun of her because she is short or do you think at random times "Gee, my girl is short"? Either way you should love/like her for her no matter what her height is.
