Be honest, be confident and most of all be yourself. I know you want the job but you also want it to work out over the long term. The best way to assure both is to be you. (And I bet that will be good enough).

Having recently graduated as a business student at the University of Texas at Austin and obtaining 3 job offers, and watching people come in for interviews at my office, I would say that you should always overdress than underdress. Please go "business professional" to the interview. This means wear a suit if your a male or a female (however if you are a female you have more leniency and can wear a nice long skirt with a button down shirt with subtle jewelry). Also, for what to do during the interview, seriously, be yourself, say "Mr. or Ms." and one line that has worked for me for all 3 job offers I received was the following: During the end of the interview when all questions are asked and answered from both parties, look at the interviewer straight in the eye and very seriously tell them, "Mr/Ms. ___, I really want this job. I'm hardworking and I know I can do this. I want to do this." Hope this helps. Good luck!

Dress nice but conservative, speak in good English (not street slang) and smile. Good luck but you will do fine
