This is a response for "Captain Computer". I tried the site "www.mikelin.com" and garbage came up.

I could move no further. What up with "Dat??" I'm interested in the Program "startup.cpl". HELP!!!

it sounds like you got a bad link,and maybe a virus to boot.I sugest you run a virus scan soon.good luck.
