Entrepreneurial Scientists: How to become one?

Question

im a senior in Highschool, and i don't know exactly what to major in, i know i want to work in either Physics or Chemistry, and at one point own a business, like a R&D firm if possible, and i am stuck on a few things.

What should i major in?
should i go for a PhD (id like to) in that
should i get a Bachelors, then stop and start working on the business then return?

any advice is appreciated

thx mike, any clue which specific field seems ripe for technological advancement?

First become a scientist (9 years to a PhD).
Get serious research done in some field.
Discover something that has a marketable feature.
Start your own business.
