Pretty much everything they do. The 9th Circuit has the highest percentage of it's rulings overturned on appeal, of any district in the country.

There are plenty: the decision to bar federal enforcement of marijuana policy, the decision to delay the CA recall decision (overturned by full court), several death penalty decisions, etc.
