Inner is the most common on those, and if you go to http://www.allpar.com/fix/intrepid-steering.html it has instructions and pictures.

It explains how to replace just the bushings on the inner tie-rods, you can also replace the entire inner tie-rod. If replacing the entire tie-rod (inner or outer), count how many turns it takes to remove it from the adjustment sleeve so you can reinstall it in approximately the same spot. Then get an alignment afterwards.

As the article states, if replacing just the bushings, get the aftermarket ones. The factory replacement bushings that the dealer will sell have to be pressed in.

The external mounts on these tie rod ends are a snap to replace. It's simply a castellated nut on a bolt held by a cotter pin. Remove the nut, rap it with a hammer, and it will come off the front end steering knuckle.

As easy as the external mounts are to change, the internal ones are extremely difficult. Each is mounted to the steering rack on the front of the rack directly behind the engine. A retaining tab holds the nuts from accidentally coming loose, and the tabs holding each nut must be first be bent back with a strong screwdriver or similar so that the nuts can be loosened. Remove the nut attaching the affected tie rod completely and then you can remove the tie rod end.

While this may not sound too difficult, your amount of working room is extremely limited, making it difficult to see what one is doing. It is best to have the car elevated to remove the inner tie rod fasteners. When replacing the tie rod, make sure that you obtain and replace the nylon washer which sits between the tie rod end and the rack (interior). Chrysler does not provide them as a separate maintenance part, but NAPA does.
