I think it is rather hard to compare the two. Clinton did a reasonable job during a fairly peaceful time in our nation's history. Bush started out his administration with a poor economy and the worst terrorist attack in history. I would say Bush is probably the better President because he has had to deal with much bigger problems than Clinton had.

all human beings! i assume he feels he would be reelected on his prevailing smile because of the fact he actual has no longer something to marketing campaign for, what has he carried out? there'll be some people who're ignorant and could vote for him because of the fact he looks greater often than not black, besides the actuality that he's bi-racial.
