Some women cramp up when they ovulate. It was probably that.

I have a cycst burst every once in a while when I ovulate, the pain lasts about 3 hours or so (the first time I went to the emergency room the pain was so bad - they could tell what happened) (gross, I know). BUT your pain could be caused by any number of reasons. You SHOULD let your doctor know next time you see her/him; definitely call them if it happens again, just to be sure.

It is common for some women to actually feel their ovulation. I usually have cramps very similar to menstural cramps that last, off and on, for 30 minutes or so.

It was probably just from ovulation...sometimes you feel the cramping from it few days later. It would be way to early to feel any implantation cramping.
Good Luck!!!
