Help save Hip-Hop culture and fight for a change!
It's time to fight all radio stations who claim Hip-Hop, but do not play hip hop in a balance. Play old school with new school to keep a balance of true school. Play all aspects of Hip-Hop culture. That means play so-called "commercial", "underground", "street/gansta rap", and "concious rap" equally. We are a community of different cultures, lifestyles, and conciousness. Stop playing just one style of rap music and claiming to be the home of Hip-Hop.
DONT LET CORPORATE ROBOTS DEFINE HIP-HOP!
Hip-Hop is the heart and soul of our culture..
Underground Hip-Hop is keeping the truth ALIVE!

Look I don't even want to start about this...I feel soo strongly about this very subject that I would fill a page...so Im just going to say....this very subject is killing hip-hop from the inside out...what once was a medium that befriended this new music and raised many of us on the classics...is starting to destroy rap music from the inside out...and the radio isn't the only one to blame, its the producers, and publicists...who are after the almighty dollar not about the music..just the money.

Man been on this boycott for like five years. I avoid the "hip hop" radio stations as much as possible. Too many stations claim "Where hip hop lives" and in my opinion it ain't really living there. I keep Cd's in the car at all times, and if I don't feel like bumping real emcees, I put some talk or sports radio, something that makes me laugh, not something that depresses me.
